WEST END GIRLS INTERVIEW

Becky Barrett talks about the launch of re:sculpt Personal Training (formerly BBM Fitness) on Brooklands Radio. Join her with the presenters Holly and Elise and hear all about how the performing arts and fitness industry link together. You’ll be sure to enjoy this insightful chat.

The launch of re:sculpt Personal Training during the Covid-19 pandemic was inspired by the desire to keep performers in work. In a time when the theatre industry was on it’s knees, it was a natural business pivot for talent manager Becky Barrett. Many performing artists train to be fitness instructors, as fitness is such a huge part of their everyday lives. A successful West End performer needs a high level of stamina and fitness for their show schedules. They have levels of dedication and commitment which make them exceptional personal trainers. In addition to this, their remarkable personalities ensure their fitness sessions are fun and accessible for all.
