You Do You

YOU DO YOU

It can almost feel at times that whichever way you turn, the world is saturated. You might come up against it when looking at avenues for creating a new business, in job applications, waiting lists for services, or when trying to make a booking somewhere. If you have an interest in fitness, or work within the fitness industry, you will certainly know that this is a market where information on social media is flooded!

Everywhere you turn there are before and after pictures, new “free” workouts, “LIVE” workouts, different fitness apps, fitness influencers and celebs, endless technology to try, smartwatches, exercise bikes, multiple gym wear brands to choose from.

The many choices offer opportunity and variety for you. Much of the information can be inspirational and motivational. Great! It all sounds good then, right?!

For some of us though, it can just be a bit too much. When you are so busy looking at everyone else “out there”, you don’t have time to focus on yourself. You forget the reasons of why you were interested in the first place. You start to feel a little lost, potentially demotivated. The constant comparing yourself to others is exhausting. The lack of “real” communication when trying to make your choices can be lonely and frustrating.

You Do You

re:sculpt Personal Training is a fitness agency offering bespoke personal training at home.

If this describes how you feel when you’re scrolling through instagram, take a step back and take a moment. Go back to basics and back to the beginning of why you logged on in the first place.

It is so easy to become all-consumed with what everyone else is doing.

Don’t let your ideals, values and goals be determined by your perception of others and what they might be doing. Think about what makes you happy, what you find fun, what colours you like to wear. Work out what works for you with your work out (try saying that fast).

You are individual, you have your own needs and, most importantly, your own identity.

YOU DO YOU.
